What Low Water Pressure Repair Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Florida Plumbing Pros provides diagnostic and repair work for low water pressure in residential plumbing systems. Depending on the inspection and your approval, service may include checking pressure regulators, identifying accessible leaks or restrictions, and repairing or replacing related plumbing components.
The written estimate or work authorization defines the specific tasks included. Work outside that description, including major pipe replacement, excavation, water treatment equipment, or repairs to wells and pumps, requires a separate agreement.
Work must follow applicable requirements, including the Florida Building Code, Plumbing, Eighth Edition, and Florida Statutes Chapter 489 on contractor licensing. Permits may be required under Section 553.79; applicable work may also need Jacksonville building permit review.
Florida Administrative Code Chapter 61G4 governs contractor licensing rules. Drinking-water work is subject to applicable Safe Drinking Water Act Lead and Copper Rule requirements. Requirements can depend on the job and location.
Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone or email and are subject to confirmation by Florida Plumbing Pros. Please provide the service address, a description of the pressure problem, and any known access or parking details.
We will confirm the appointment window and any preparation needed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible, preferably before the scheduled visit.
Any cancellation fee or other charge must be disclosed before it applies; no specific fee is established by these terms alone.
A technician may find conditions that were not visible when the visit was booked. We will explain how those findings affect the work and estimate.
We will not proceed with additional work outside the approved scope without your authorization, except as otherwise required by law or agreed in writing. Changes to the appointment or work plan are subject to availability and confirmation.
You are responsible for arranging access to the work area and having an authorized adult available if needed.
How Estimates and Payment Are Handled
Florida Plumbing Pros will explain the proposed work and provide an estimate or other written price information before starting chargeable repairs, subject to any separately disclosed diagnostic or visit terms. An estimate is based on the conditions reasonably visible at the time; concealed damage, access issues, or additional required work may change the total. We will describe any proposed change and obtain your approval before proceeding with work outside the agreed scope.
Payment is due according to the written estimate, invoice, or work authorization. Those documents should identify accepted payment methods and any applicable timing.
These terms do not set a particular price, deposit, financing offer, or payment method. Please raise questions about charges before authorizing work, and contact us promptly if you believe an invoice does not match the approved work.
Any taxes or permit-related charges will be identified where applicable. A dispute about an amount does not authorize unapproved additional work.
Workmanship and Written Warranty Terms
Florida Plumbing Pros will perform approved work with reasonable care and in keeping with applicable requirements. Any warranty for labor or installed parts, including its duration, coverage, and claim process, must be stated in the written estimate, invoice, or separate warranty document.
These terms do not promise a particular warranty period or create a guarantee beyond what is provided in writing or required by law. Manufacturer warranties, when available, are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
Contact us promptly if you believe completed work has a workmanship issue. We may need a reasonable opportunity to inspect the reported problem before another contractor alters or repairs the affected work.
Coverage may not apply to unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, or changes made by others, where the written warranty or applicable law permits such limits. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Keep your invoice and any warranty document so the work and applicable terms can be identified.
Responsibility for Existing Conditions and Losses
To the extent Florida law allows, Florida Plumbing Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We are not responsible for damage or losses caused by pre-existing defects, concealed conditions, unrelated plumbing components, or work performed or changed by others, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Please report concerns promptly and take reasonable steps to prevent further damage.
This section does not replace code or permit obligations. Applicable work remains subject to the Florida Building Code, Plumbing, Eighth Edition, and licensing requirements under Florida Statutes Chapter 489 and Florida Administrative Code Chapter 61G4.
Permits may be required under Florida Statutes Section 553.79, including Jacksonville review where applicable. Drinking-water work must meet relevant requirements, including the Safe Drinking Water Act Lead and Copper Rule when it applies.
Nothing in these terms excuses required permits, lawful workmanship, or compliance with applicable rules.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms or an approved repair, contact Florida Plumbing Pros at (877) 773-0781 or [email protected]. Mail may be sent to Cypress Business Center, 8301 Cypress Plaza Drive, Jacksonville, FL. These terms apply to services as described in the written estimate, work authorization, or invoice. If a provision is not enforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Florida Plumbing Pros may revise these terms from time to time. For existing appointments or work, the version provided or accepted when the work was authorized will generally govern unless a later version is agreed to or law requires otherwise.
Updates will be communicated by posting revised terms or providing them directly before they apply to new service. Please ask for the current version if you need a copy.
Daniel Mercer
Service Expert at Florida Plumbing Pros
I started out repairing plumbing in Jacksonville, where older homes, shifting ground, and heavy seasonal rain can all complicate water-line problems. I built this company around careful pressure testing and clear repairs, because a weak shower or failing water line can disrupt an entire household.
